A neighbour referred us to Allan and his Team and we're so thankful for that as we required some drapes and a roll up blind for our patio door. Allan's level of customer service is impeccable and through no fault of his own, the roll up blind needed to be replaced twice due to a manufacturing issue. An amazing experience! Specialty House was great right from the beginning - coming to see our condo prepared with many different options of curtain styles. The service that Audrey and Allan provided was exceptional. I was looking for window solutions for all the rooms in my home. At first, i was bombarded with choices and didn't have the knowledge to make a good decision. Audrey and Allan helped me through the entire process. They explained my options for what i was trying to achieve. They were very patient with me when choosing the style and materials. The installation was quick and efficient, with much care and clean up afterwards. Excellent quality products and workmanship and reasonable pricing. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and the workmanship of the drapes for our bedroom

Audry was so patient and helpful as I picked one sample after the other before finding the 'perfect' fabrics for my kitchen and bedroom window treatments. The end product in both cases is as beautiful and functional as expected. We are very happy with the excellent quality workmanship.

However, while not as big a job as bedroom and kitchen- my biggest appreciation is for the personal attention to a set of custom made roman blinds using family heirloom materials. Originally made elsewhere, they had never really fit or worked properly. Audry again made excellent suggestions and then had the blinds fixed for me. I can't believe how well the 'repair' has turned out. Working with antique material can't have been easy, but they now fit, work and look exactly as I had originally envisioned. I am extremely happy, and will definitely return when the next room needs 'doing'!

Walked into their showroom for the first time with measurements for 3 windows in our master bedroom and two weeks later picked up the perfect sheers, which totally transformed the room!!!
